It's not just an art to successfuly house the elderly its quite literally a science too. Ida Nkambule has 10 years of nursing experience behind her with formal qualifications from Wits and the Nursing Society of South Africa (NSSA). Ida not only responds to any situations that may arise but also monitors all residents which assist Junes Haven in taking a more pro active approach to patient care.

Joy and Debbie Flowers, the founders of Junes Haven. The mom and daugher duo serve as the nervous system to Junes Haven. 

Joy and Debbie combine corporate efficiency and management principles with a soft homely nurturing. This makes sure the business keeps running and love keeps coming 

Junes Haven Angels

Junes Haven is a small private home accommodating 13 residents at a time with 8 nurses and caregivers on staff, and Debbie (manager) living on the property. We have 4 private en-suite bedrooms in the main house, and 2 sharing roomswith full privacy (and a shared bathroom).We also have 2 cottages which comprising of 3 private en-suite bedrooms and 2 sharing rooms with full privacy (and a shared bathroom).Debbie does all the cooking and provides all delicious meals and snacks daily. We also assist in taking residents on outings, doctors’ visits, shopping and to church and bible study. We have a doctor on call and weekly hairdresser and many other activities and occasions throughout the year.
Nurses & Care Givers

Junes Haven believes strongly that the best investment you can make is in people. This principle and its positive spin offs can be seen when you see the first class care that Junes haven residents receive. 

All care takers have a minumum Nursing and CPR qualification requirement and are constantly upskilled through formal training quarterly.

House Man

The tranquil and beautiful setting at Junes Haven is maintained by our very own Sam Jabulani. 

Sam also assists with the house chores at Junes Haven. His input and hard work nevery goes unnoticed and his role integral to team.
